We are a team of 7 and working on our annual project. Can someone help us how we can identify which data is in JIRA is required for the below features .
Feature 1 – Collaborator network :
A map based visualization that shows the team and sub teams.
Also indicate performance based on each branch or sub branch
Feature 2 – Skill map :
Split work items into groups
The groups can be further split into sub groups
Based on the group/ sub group, the team members are displayed
Indicate performance based on group/ sub group
Feature 3 – Heat map
Visualization of the workload of team members.
Number of work items and deadlines are taken into consideration.
Survey can be added which would be a feedback for an AI to predict the work load.
Feature 4 – Assignee suggestion
Based on various parameters, the tool would also suggest assignee for a specific work item.
The above 3 features can also be used to achieve this.

Performance metrics that can be shown for each feature:
Group people, based on task status - closed - open - ongoing
Group people, based on Mood levels - very happy - okish - meh
Group people, based on skills (Feature 2)
Group people, based on work load
Group people, based on task points - Ranking for agile based projects
