Second, what is the issue with which you need help?
Third, what is the product and hosting type? Is it Jira Software or Jira Service Management? Is it the Cloud (software-as-a-service) deployment managed by Atlassian, or is it Data Center (self-hosted) managed by you or your company?
Fourth, are you using an environment where you have a current, paid subscription?
And lastly, are you a Jira or Site Administrator for the the instance?
