Header too large

When I get update on a issue the feader banner is too large. But it looks fine on jira page.

Why?

Where are you getting this banner? What makes you say it's too big, and what is in it?

When I get update on issue via e-mail the header is too large.

Basicaly top of the email is an 10cm long green field with our logo Even that in our jira page the header is smalll size.

Hmm, my first thought is to check the size of the logo you've uploaded and the size you've told Jira to display in the header.

My logic - if you upload a big image, and then tell Jira it's smaller, it resizes it. But I don't think that goes into the html emails. But I'm not sure of this!
