La ausencia de subtareas en la lista de tipos de problemas indica que las subtareas no están dentro del alcance del filtro del tablero o que no existen problemas de tipo subtarea dentro del alcance del filtro.
Comience revisando el filtro de su tablero para ver si excluye subtareas.
Luego confirme que el tipo de problema de subtarea esté disponible en su proyecto.
A continuación, utilice la página Ver todos los problemas en el menú Filtros para buscar tipos de problemas de subtareas dentro de los proyectos de sus tableros.

The absence of Sub-tasks in the list of Types of issues indicates that Sub-tasks are either not within the scope of the board's filter, or there are no Sub-task type issues in existence within the scope of the filter.
Start by checking your board's filter to see if it excludes Sub-tasks.
Next confirm that the Sub-task issue type is available in your project.
Next, use the View all issues page under the Filters menu to search for Sub-task types of issues within the projects in your boards.
Let us know the results of those checks.
I have stopped seeing the subtasks in the backlog
Hello community:
Since exactly three days ago, January 22, I have stopped seeing the subtasks in the backlog of all my boards.
Previously, the User Stories and a small drop-down menu appeared, which, if I expanded it, all the subtasks associated with that Story appeared.
Currently the dropdown has disappeared and I only see the following:
Additionally, in the type of incidents the subtasks are not appearing
I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with a solution to this problem.
