Having trouble finding the tickets using keywords in Jira

The search box is not responding to the keywords

When searched by the exact words as in the ticket, not all of the tickets are being displayed, even the needed ticket was one of the recently created, it is not reflected in the search

Have you tried the advanced search ?

You can use the following JQL to search more specifically on keywords :

NameOfTheField ~ "keyword"

Advanced search, and specifying the board did help to find what I was looking for. Thank you a lot!
