Having problems when signing into the Jira board I am attached too. Get Blank page

I have reset my password, several attempts but when complete I get a blank page, instead of Login. My administrator has tried deleting and reinstating but get an error message when I sign in to log in page - “Something went wrong while attempting to validate your credentials.” Have tried removing Google Chrome and trying, reinstating chrome but always the same result.

Do you know if the site you’re trying to access is a Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center instance? I’ve seen this before on a Server instance where the login failed due to credentials held in the browser cache. Have you tried logging in via a private browser window? Do you see the same error message?

Forget that, tried a different browser and now back on. Thanks Michael.
