I have updated my customer notifications for when they email a request. (Project Settings - Customer Notifications - Request Created). However, When I test this by emailing a request myself, I am still receiving the old notification. Am I missing a step somewhere? Can't figure it out at all so any help would be greatly appreciated.

This issue is usually related to the "Language Support", if the translation was not updated there, it won't reflect the changes on the notification.
Please, go to the Project settings > Language support and check on "Default rules" if the notification for request created is correct.
