I am getting this error after a filter change. I believe the filter range is too broad  and when I try to open my Jira board I get error that it is full due to over 5000 items. I can't get to filter any more to change back as getting Hash 187HPYL error

That error usually happens when the filter is pulling in too many issues at once, which hits Jira’s limits. Since you can’t access the board directly, one option is to go into Issues > Search for issues and update the filter from there. If you know the filter’s name, you can search for it under Filters > View all filters and then edit the JQL to narrow it down. Once the filter is adjusted to return fewer results, the board should load again without the 5000+ item error.
