This is almost always an error with the Browser. Try using another browser, or clear your cache in this browser. Also you can try with Incognito/Private Window mode to see if you get the same error.

I tryed cleaning the cache, other browser and use de privete window and still don't work.

Now the Hash error is different:

[John Funk]

You should contact Atlassian support then and see if they can figure it out. Please post back here with the resolution for future readers. Best of luck!
