Planview uses a third party tool called snapflex provided by snaplogic to connect to the on-premise JIRA server and we would like to know if anyone implemented this integration successfully. Especially I am looking for experiences authenticating and communicating using JWT tokens between JIRA and the planview connector. (or) if anyone has experience in using JWT token authentication between JIRA and external cloud hosted applications, please provide any suggestions or ideas?
