Has anyone found a plug-in that can extent the "was-in" operator?

Hello community,

My users have a request to use the "was", "was in" operators for more fields than just the delivered fields. We would also like to use this operator on custom fields. 

Any ideas?

Hi @Chuck Cox 

I have seen several suggestions to add WAS IN for other fields in the public backlog, but nothing for custom fields. 

My recommendation would be to check the marketplace for JQL enhancements to make queries operate more like SQL, and then contact the vendor to ask if they support this specific capability.

That is unclear...some look like both old/new defects which need triage, and others just timed-out: that is, not enough interest to move forward.
