I have an existing account that I use. Email is irazumovskaia@movedocs.com. My actual email with the company is irazumovskaia@librasolutionsgroup.com, which i use everywhere else. I need to change my Jira email from old movedocs to new irazumovskaia@librasolutionsgroup.com. I cannot do that bc there is another / existing / duplicate account registered under irazumovskaia@librasolutionsgroup.com which I am NOT using. I have already deleted that duplicate Atlassian account, Jira said that it would be completely deleted in 14 days. Months long passed, but the accounts is still not deleted and I still cannot change my email on my current account from movedocs to irazumovskaia@librasolutionsgroup.com.
Changing email to placeholder email does not help. I cannot use a placeholder. Atlassian need to scrub the account manually, hard delete it
Hello @Iulia Razumovskaia
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are these Atlassian accounts that you set up for yourself, that are not managed by the company specified in the domain of each email address?
As a user community we don't have any access to make changes to your account. You would need to work directly with the company that manages the accounts (if one does) or with Atlassian.
Have you tried contacting Atlassian support for assistance?

Also, be aware that this is a publicly accessible community. You may want to edit your post and remove your email addresses from it.
