This community is for the Jira application. Jira is not a plug-in but rather a full-fledged web application.

Hello - Simple Announcements for Jira

When you have a question about an app that you have added to Jira you should first review the documentation for the app. You can find the link to the documentation on the Support tab of the Atlassian Marketplace listing for the app.
