HOw to export Initiatives with epics to excel
I agree with @Nikola Perisic, that's the easiest way if you're using the List view.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you're looking to preserve the Initiative → Epic hierarchy, the standard export may not be enough depending on the fields you include.
I'd recommend adding the Parent or Parent Link field to the export. That way you can easily recreate the hierarchy in Excel using filters or a pivot table. If you're using Advanced Roadmaps, you can also export directly from the Plan if that's where you're viewing the hierarchy.

You need to select List view from your board navigation. If you cannot find it, you need to look for + icon and add it from there. Then you check the issues that you want to export, then click on three dots and find Export. From there you will have options like CSV, XLSX, etc.
