HOw to add new Reporter to issues without license - cloud version

I want to add reporter to a issue but I am exhausted with License. What is the best way to add Reporter to teh list without adding to the license.

Hi Ayesha,

If yo are using Jira Service Desk add the person to Customers and then change the reporter.

If you are using Jira Software you cannot do this. You have to buy a lincese for the new user.

if user is an Atlassian user, has no Jira license and is Customer then he can be set as a Reporter. I just tested this scenario.
