Great Gadget License errors

Hi, 

I created a JIRA dashboard using gadgets like timesheet report, burndown chart, story points, workload pie and etcetera for the 3 sprints.  This morning my dashboard became wonky where each of the gadget has either license is not active or great gadget license errors. 

Do you know what went wrong and how to rectify this issue so that I can get back the dashboard ?

Welcome to the community.

Have you contacted the members of your organization who the administrators for your Jira instance to ask them if there has been a change in the licensing for the apps?

Yes, and...to what Trudy suggests:

Please have your site admin check your subscriptions, and perhaps contact their support team here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216564/great-gadgets-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=support

We are using Great Gadgets for Jira and I haven't noticed any issues today.  So this is likely a license issue for your instance.

@Bill Sheboy and @Trudy Claspill , thanks for the support!. I did reached out to the JIRA Admin and it sorted out now. :)
