Graph number of issues that have label over time

I have a filter that tell me now how many issues I have that our appsec team has findings for and that are not appsec resolved (we use various labels to mark this).. what I would like to do is show the total number for the filter over time 

Is there a way I can do this with normal access and the standard plugins?

partly answering my own question, I suspect I need to pull the csv of the filter once a week (or whatever) , store this data and use it to build a graph over time.. I'm pretty sure even a paid module can't give me the number of issues meeting the filter at say week -8
