Granting access to individual projects

We need to create a schema in which we want to give access to a group of users for one project only.
Users should have all access for that project including JIRA/WIKI/SVN and should be able to administrator that project. However, that group of user should not have access (even view) to any other projects and their corresponding WIKI/ISSUES/SVN.
Does anyone have a set of steps to be followed to enable that?

I think the important thing here is that Jira is a "permissive" approach. A user with no groups/roles etc cannot see or do anything (unless you allow "anyone"/"anonymous"). If you want them to see or do stuff, then you ADD to their account to ALLOW them to do stuff.

In other words, you can't DENY them permission once you've given them the permission (Barring issue security, but that's another story and not what you need here).

Basically you need to pull everyone's access to everything, and then let them back in, so that people you want to do stuff, have the rights to do that stuff.
