Google Translate logo on Confluence Pages

I've noticed that on some pages that have been published in our project, at the very bottom there's the Google Translate logo.

What does this mean or what functionality does it bring with it?

Hi @Cuenta Demo ,

This is from a browser extension (Chrome?), not from Confluence.

If you open the page in another browser (without the browser extension) you will not see it.
