Hi,
by today I have activated Atlassian goals to our sandbox side. As an (org) admin I see the goals app and goals are also linked to atlassian home.
If I test it with a non admin user (with product access to confluence and jira), I don't see the goals app and atlassian home has no links to goals and projects.
The only hint that platform experience is enabled is the fact, that a regular user now can add kudos and tags.
Any hint what needs to be done to enable goal and project creation for regular users?
Found it :-)
There are new Groups added to the system and additional app access could be granted
groups (in my case sandbox groups) are named:
goals-admins-...
goals-user-access-admins-...
goals-users-...
@Ralf Rutke You should take a look at this https://support.atlassian.com/platform-experiences/docs/managing-automatic-access-to-goals-and-projects/ You might consider just turning on automatic access.

Thank you very much for your response. I had seen the article. Since we do not use the automatic access and the default groups have been replaced by other groups as part of our cloud migration, the approach is unfortunately not suitable for us. Therefore, I did not pursue it further. However, through this route, I also discovered that corresponding sandbox groups were automatically created, which contain the app/product permissions.
