After todays incident our Global automation rules are now being throttled. Anyone experiencing this?

Not Really throttle.

I would definitely link this to today's incident. The 3,600-second perfectly matches Jira’s standard 60-minute processing limit per 12 hours, meaning your global rules likely hit this cap due to backlog follow-up following the automation outage between 06:51 and 09:39 UTC.
