We have a self hosted Gitlab that we are trying to integrate with Jira Cloud. We have opened the necessary firewall ports to allow communication. Under the getting started part of Gitlab for Jira Cloud application we select self hosted and provide our public accessible URL and it says: Failed to Update Gitlab Version. Does this app not work with Self-Hosted Gitlab?
Hi @DonnaLekosky welcome to the community. So there are prerequisites that must be met to install the app and use it. As per this page. There's steps in that page to install manually if your instance does not meet the prerequisites.
