Have been trying to add Github Connector to Atlassian Rovo. Sync resulting in 0 indexed objects.
-Have disconnected and reconnected
-Owner permissions in Github
-Global admin in Atlassian
Has anyone else run into this issue?
If your GitHub connector in Rovo shows “0 indexed objects,” try these steps:
Ensure you have Owner permissions in GitHub and are a Global Admin in Atlassian (you already do).
Wait a few hours after connecting—initial sync can take time.
Confirm the connector has access to all relevant private repositories with correct scopes.
Make sure the GitHub for Jira app is installed if required.
Check the connector status in Rovo for errors or warnings.
If it still doesn’t sync, contact Atlassian Support for help.
This issue is often due to permission scopes, private repo access, or needing more time to complete indexing.
Have you taken all the steps described in the documentation on connecting GitHub with Rovo?

Hey Marc - Yeah we've done all that. Not sure if it's something to do with having Github already connected and then connecting the the github integration with Rovo.
