Our GitKraken - Integration is not working any more, we get the message that there is a billing isue but when we have a look in Jira everything is fine. GitKraken wrote that it is a issue of Jira, but the Jira - Support is not answering. Has anybody a idea what to do?

Can you confirm on which Jira plan you are on? As GitKraken's app for connecting GitHub, GitLab, etc. is not free, you could have a situation where your Jira is on a free plan and you're paying for the app.
Have you checked https://admin.atlassian.com/billing/ to see what the subscription status is for each Atlassian and Marketplace app?
Also, which channel for contacting Atlassian did you use? The official one is Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing, and you can reach out to the billing and licensing team through here.
