I'm trying to set up simple automation in my Jira project, but I’m unable to complete the flow.
I have granted all the permissions, as shown below:
However, I still can’t see the list here:
Do you have any insights?
Thanks
as I wanted to double check your problem I ran into same problem than you.
I wasn´t aware that (obviously, can´t verify this but seems to) the automation only works with an organization in github (which i haven´t had either).
After creating an organization, adding my personal user/profile to the organization, re-requesting automation app in the organization I could then select the organization in the automation rule´s github action.
(imho: this sucks as "normal" actions with development tools in Jira work properly with a personal github account)

Hi @Stefan Salzl, thanks for the reply!
Mmm...I will try.

You were right!
Now I had "Organization access" when I ask for the permission:
Then, on the rules, I have that organisation listed in the dropdown.
I have this issue now, but I think because I have to add the repo to the organization:

Yes, I confirm.
I had to import the repo into the organisation.
Thank you so much!
I think that the Jira team should be clearer on their docs.

Hi @Carlo Palumbo and welcome to the Community!
Are you the Github organization owner for the instance you want to connect? Are you using the same userID/email on both sites?

Hi @Staffan Redelius ! Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I'm the owner of the GitHub account where my repos are hosted and admin of Jira space.
No, emails are different between Jira and GitHub.

I don't know if this may help, but the hidden name under the second screenshot is different from the one hidden on the last screenshot. In particular, on the first, I have the nickname of my GitHub account and on the second, my full name.
