One of our client is getting sign-in pop-up every time when he clicks something in particular Jira project. When he clicks any links to configure project even though he is project admin, he is getting sign in pop up.
Can you please tell why this is happening and what is the solution ?
He has tried on both Edge and Chrome. He is not using ad-blocker. Basically this issue appears when he tries to open project settings options like permission, roles, workflow etc.
And he is not the only person who is facing this issue, it's happening with few other team members as well.
Is this something with user permission ?
My guess is that his browser is in incognito/private mode. Have them try different browser or check if browser in private mode.

Hi @Jack Brickey ,
I have confirmed with him that he is not is incognito/private mode. He used different browser and facing same issue. I have been told that this is not happening until he open the particular project. He can normally use any other project.

That is quite odd. Especially since it is only a single user correct? I have never seen such an issue reported before. I would refer you to Atlassian support at this point.

I'd want to check the browser extensions - I have seen this once with an ad-blocker. But it's a long-shot, as it went away in a different browser.

This sure feels like a browser issue. It is not permissions based unless there is something unique installed on your server.
