The app is in development phase but is deployed to production and I am able to install it successfully. When I try to access logs, I am continuously facing above issue.

@Jack BrickeyCurrently this app is in development phase and I want to share the app with some users for getting initial feedback and for QA. I created an installation link from the developer console to share it with the users. But the users are not able to access the logs from the connected app section.
