Getting errors from Kanban report

I am getting 500 error when I am trying to generate reports for my Kanban project. The error message like below, Any help on this please?

Hello @Jun Choe,

The root cause is that there no space in jira installation directory and cannot create chart in the temp file in JIRA_INSTALL/temp.

Try to cleanup the Jira install directory and the projects reports will reworks fine.
