Getting error while registering the webhooks via Rest API

Hi All,

I'm trying to register a webhook via the REST API but received an error stating that only a single URL per user is allowed. The currently used URL is: ---.

However, the documentation mentions that OAuth apps can use up to 5 URLs. Can anyone clarify the exact limitations?
