Getting error while creating space in JIRA Software (cloud) free version.

Hi,

I am trying to create Space/Project with company managed and taken 'Scrum' template. However, continously getting an error as "For some reason the magic didn't happen. Click create to try again."

Please advise if I am doing something incorrect as a process for creating space.

Hi @Santosh Prajapati ,

Quick Fix:

1. Try Incognito mode to rule out cache.

2. Use a unique Project Key to avoid duplicate conflicts.

3. If Team-managed works but Company-managed fails, it's a transient backend timeout with configuration schemes.
