Getting error while adding license code

We have installed JIRA at our server, it was setting up, but at the point where we needed to put the license code, we generated the license code with the server id

However, when we put the license code it shows us:

Unknown error occured

An unknown error occured, please contact support.

Can you please check the issue and let us know how can we install the license code and run the software.

Could you check your Jira server application logs and tell us what the error is that Jira is encountering there?
