Getting error "Could not read restart response file" after initiating JIRA 7.13 installation?

After executing atlassian-jira-software-7.12.3-x64 , I am getting error message "Could not read restart response file file C:\Users\..."

Anybody knows why this is happening?

Hi Sunny,

I have not seen this error before, but I'd like to know more about your environment.  I gather you're using Windows here, but what version of Windows is this?

When you run the exe file, do you have the option to right click on the file and choose 'run as Administrator'?  I ask because it is possible that your account might not have the admin level permissions to run this correctly.  Or that Windows own UAC could be somehow blocking the install of this file.  However using the 'run as administrator' option should be able to overcome these two potential limitations.
