Getting this error in Manage Add-on s
The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable. To avoid problems when loading this page, you can disable the connection to the Marketplace server.
And while installing the plugin getting below error
"An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information."
I found this solution for the above error in Atlassian comuntiy
Can anybody tells me if this will work for Jira software version 7.3?
If it will work, please send me detailed instructions.

Is this a new install of JIRA Server? If so you should make sure you can access the marketplace from the server. The more common issue is a firewall rule is blocking the connection. I would start there first and ensure that there are not connectivity issues before trying to apply the fix mentioned in the article you found.

It is not a new install, I installed some plugins before from the Marketplace. But this time the server is not reachable and not letting me to install the plugin.
We will check the connections and some properties to make sure and get back to you if we still face the issue.
