While in Dynamics 365 I need to list logged Jira issues associated with the primary contact set for the Account in Dynamics 365. I see where there is a CRM App on your site, but all of the documentation talks about seeing/connecting Dynamics 365 data to Jira while in Jira. That's the opposite of what I need. So, will the CRM App on your site also allow me to get Jira data?

I guess you're talking about an app on the marketplace, so if you have specific questions about that app I suggest reaching out to the vendor. But in general Jira offers a REST API and I guess you can extend your Dynamics365 to call for specific information from your Jira instance. But maybe this is a topic you will have to discuss with a different crowd being experienced in extending Dynamics365. I hope you find someone here :)
