I am facing below issue when I try to integrate our java application with jira. Could you please help me

Error fetching Jira details: I/O error on GET request for "https://morganstanley-wm-dev.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/PLAYTEST-1": connect timed out; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out

Hello @kudumula_yugandhar_reddy

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

In a browser where you are already logged in to the Jira system, can you open a new tab and paste that same URL and get a successful response?

If so then I recommend that you contact your Jira administrators and ask them about this. They will likely need to involve the team that manages the network for your environment. There could be something in the network configuration that is causing the problem.
