Issue occurs only when there are more than 1000 issues. Otherwise it works well.
You can't export more than 1,000 issues because the system is locked down to prevent you "denial of service" attacking it with downloads. Going over 1000 can render a Jira unusable for others.
Vasiliy has given you the right doc for multiple exports over 1,000 issues.

There is issue while generating first 1000 issue report so we can't proceed further. And when we click on export to CSV(Current Field OR All Field) for generating report it is giving 403- Forbidden error. Do we need any technical changes as recent;y we upgraded our JIRA server version 7.6
