Get issues which is commented ONLY by a particular user

I am looking for a JQL to get the issues commented by a user. Note that I'm only interested in issues that has only comments by a particular user and not interested in issues in which there are other user comments. 

At the moment the JQL returns all the Issues as User A has commented in all the issues.

To answer your question, it seems like currently there is no JQL available which can fulfill your query. Jira doesn't seem to have this functionality as in-built capability. 

Maybe some plugin might be helpful for you.
