Get all changesets across repositories

Hi,

I'm trying to get all changesets across the existing all repositories via FishEye Rest APIs.  But, a particular repository seems to be specified for using listChangesets.  Specifying repository is not required for crossRepositoryQuery but it doesn't allow empty query or wild card like '*'.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
