Generate VCRM report and link defintion

Hi, I'm currently using Jira for managing the project lifecycle where the requirement created with link to test case in many-to-many relationship. Test steps are populated in each test case. Then, test plan is created with a collection of test cases for software testing. Test execution is populated in Jira for each test plan.

Question:

1) Is there any template or report available in Jira for creating the VCRM export (Requirement>Test Case>Test Execution)?

2) There are a few linkings in Jira. Is there any definition how should we use them to link all my artifacts?

3) If we do the export from Jira, is there any way that we can filter the information by each link type (i.e. "is covered by", "identify in", etc)?
