Hi @Rahul
there are a whole number of apps available in the Atlassian Marketplace that operate in this space; e.g., have a look here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=time%20in%20status. You may already know that you can trial any app for free for 1 month, and depending on the app and the site of your Jira site, it may be free forever - so if an app is an option for you, perhaps try out a few and see which one works best for you.
Best,
Hannes
Hi @Rahul,
You could try the Control Chart report of Jira. Not sure if you will find a completely free app for this.
A good solution for you would definitely be the WIP Aging Chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets add-on. This app is free for instances with up-to 10 users; otherwise you can proceed with 1-month of free trial.
The gadget displays the issues from a filter/JQL or board, by their age. It supports various age calculation methods and allows you to set a threshold to easily identify those issues that take longer than expected (the ones marked in red-color).
In addition, the gadget can display a detailed report that you can easily export in CSV.
Gadgets like Control Chart, Cycle Time Trend or Lead Time Histogram offered by the same app offer also insights about aging and offer reports. See them all in action here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-articles/Building-a-powerful-Kanban-dashboard-in-Jira-with-Great-Gadgets/ba-p/1664331
Hope this helps.
