GET Issuekey generating a 401 unauthorized in Postman

I'm using Basic Auth with the email address I used to create the token. I have no body as I'm using the following:

https://<domain>.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/search?jql=issuekey in (ABC-123)

 A coworker has said that my setup is identical to his, yet he is getting data. It looks like I'm missing some permissions but I'm guessing at this point.

 Does anyone have any ideas?

I asked the same question in our Teams chat and I have now been given User (agent) access to our environment JSM app. It is now working.
