We have 2 domains verified via DNS, and have been using Google SSO. However, I'm interested in using the G Suite sync tool which will ensure automatic SSO for all our employees.
When trying to configure G Suite sync, I get the error message "Not okay : conflictingDomainClaim". My instinct tells me that because the domains we've verified via DNS are the same as that in our G Suite directory, we cannot seamlessly enable G Suite sync. Would that be accurate?
I am keen to stop using DNS domain verification and use the G Suite sync tool exclusively; could you advise on what steps I should take to ensure this?
I understand that if I remove the verified domains, all our users will be notified that their Jira account is no longer managed. If I removed the verified domains, and then configured the G Suite sync, would these users start to appear within our instance again? Is there ANY way to do this without mass-notifying all of our users?
