Full name change

Dear,

Itry to change full name - after I change the full name and confirm, the old name return back and nothing happens.

Example: Full name: ( on vacation) Martins

Change to: Full name: Martins and confirm

After confirm full name come back ( on vacation) Martins

To do this you would need to navigate to: id.atlassian.com -> Manage your profile -> Profile and visibility -> Full Name and change.

In case you have this option disabled, this needs to be changed from the admin

Have logged off and logged back in? Also, have you tried to this in the incognito mode? It also says that it might take a while in order for the name change to be appearing everywhere.

I'd suggest to wait for some time, if you do not notice the change, raise a support ticket for Atlassian.
