Hi,

 

I'm considering moving away from Jira due to new design getting me finally. Is it possible to perform full data export aside from writing a custom API client for this?

I need to export projects, users, tickets, attachments, comments, worklogs, etc.

You can download a backup of everything from Admin -> Backup.

The backup is suitable for import into a Server version of Jira (which doesn't have the new layout)
