Hello Community,
As of a couple hours ago, we've have multiple people raising issues that their full names populated by our active directory are showing in Jira and Confluence, instead of their more commonly used Public Names. We've been using public name to manage how people are called for a while, so this is a pretty distressing change. Is this happening to anyone else? Was there an Atlassian change that caused this? And does anyone know of a global setting that controls this? Thanks!
