Full Admin Access

our admin has left the company but forgot to give someone else in the team his premissions,  how can we get one or more of the other team members his access so that they can invite new members and remove older members.

Hi,

Easiest way is probably to restore access to his company mailbox and reset the password at id.atlassian.com. Then log in and give admin to someone else.

If that is not possible (personal email etc.), then only Atlassian support can help: support.atlassian.com, "Billing & Account" category. You need to prove the site belongs to your company. (for example, invoices paid with a company card)
