From WIM Jira to Agile Jira

I have a project in WIM Jira. I would like to create a rule that whenever I create a task or ticket in WIM Jira it should create a task in agile Jira on an assigned project. How do I get that done? is that possible to connect these two projects on two jiras?

The tags on your post indicate you are using Jira Data Center. Is that correct? 

Are both instances Jira Data Center?

Are both instances owned by your company and located within the company's network? Or are they accessible over the internet without using a VPN?

Do you have access to manually create the task in the other Jira instance?

Are you a Jira Application Admin or Jira System Admin for neither, either, or both Jira instances?

Depending on the answers to those questions It may be possible to create a custom solution for what you want. Or your companies could look at third party apps that assist with connecting separate Jira instances.
