Frevvo on Close

James Davis June 14, 2023

Hi Everyone I could not find a way that if someone just closes the form that frevvo can submit it?  is there a way to do this.  trying to setup a quiz system that allows them to see the correct answers and score before submitting.

With the questions disabled after clicking complete checkbox.  but I cannot figure out how to submit if they just close after clicking the complete checkbox.  I also have the send button reveal after the completed button. but wanted the form to be submitted is they click send of if they close the window and the complete checkbox was checked.

Another possibility I could not figure out is submitting and running the javascript then running the form submission but keep them on the page which would also solve this.

anyone have a solution to this? Before filling out.pngBefore clicking complete.pngAfter clicking complete with incorrect answer.png

Hello @James Davis

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You have posted your question in a user community for the Atlassian Jira product, but seem to be asking about a product called Frevvo.

Does your question have any relationship to the Atlassian Jira product?

If so, can you clarify that relationship?

If you are trying to get help strictly with the Frevvo product, this is not the right place to seek that help. The correct location would be https://support.frevvo.com/hc/en-us

I am so sorry if this is the case:) they sent me here literally from their documentation and I am not the only one asking questions here regarding Frevvo.  I will include the shortcut from their site as shown.  now that I am looking at it I think the tag is confluence?frevvo docs page.png

Frevvo appears to be using the Atlassian Confluence product to host its documentation. That "Ask the Community" link is a generic link built into Confluence for asking about help with the Confluence product.

If you go to the Resources page within Frevvo's documentation you will find a link to "Answers from the Community" which is a link to the community for Frevvo, but the link errored out for me.

So I would recommend using the "Post your question" option on the Support page available on their main site
