Freshdesk Jira Integration - postconfig issue

I receive this message after trying to enable the integration. 

 

I've tried creating a new space to map items and tried it on different browsers as well. Same issue.

Thank you all, going directly to the vendor - all other checks have been made based on recommendations above.

Make sure the user using token is still valid, the urls are correctly entered and that the user has a license and is able to access the spaces.

What specific method are you using to integrate them?

I believe I am using the standard method? I found the app in the Marketplace and hit install and entered in the API tokens. Every time I get to the point where I want to finalize, I get that error message. 

Here is the header for the installation menu.

Hello @Brian Lee 

Since you are already past the token entry step, I would check two things first:
are you doing this as a site admin, and does the app itself have any required project/mapping prerequisites that must exist before the final save completes.

If both of those are fine, I would raise this with the app vendor support directly, because once it fails inside the app’s post-config flow, Community can only help so far. That part is usually owned by the Marketplace partner, not by Jira core.
