We were using the Free Jira plan for our team with around 10 users, but recently our account appears to have been deactivated unexpectedly.
We would appreciate your help in understanding:
Our team was actively using Jira for project and task management, and this disruption is currently affecting our workflow.
Please help us with the next steps to restore access at the earliest.
Hello @Vijay Singh Meena
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
When was the last time any of the users accessed the information in the Jira application?
If Atlassian deactivated the subscription they would've sent an email to the Organization Administrators stating the reason for deactivation. Check you email spam/junk folders for such an email. If you subscription had been inactive for an extended period of time they also would've send a warning email two weeks in advance of the deactivation date.
To self-serve reactivation of your subscription refer to this document for guidance:
You can reach out directly to Atlassian's Billing, Licensing, Pricing support team through the following page to get an explanation if you can't find the specified email.
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
As we are a user community here we cannot access backend Atlassian infrastructure to get details about your subscription. Only Atlassian can provide you with that info.
Welcome to the community!
As @Trudy Claspill mentioned, Free Jira Cloud plans are subject to Atlassian's inactivity policies — if no licensed user logs in for an extended period (typically 60+ days), Atlassian may deactivate the site.
